The framework was partly inspired by renowned leadership expert John Maxwell, author of numerous books, including "The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership," which has become a cornerstone for leadership development worldwide.

THE MAPS FRAMEWORK: 4 STEPS TO GROWING YOURSELF, NO MATTER WHAT
1. Mindset: Commit to your own growth.
2. Accountability: Publicly declare your commitment.
3. Prioritise: Identify and select only 2 (only 2!) growth areas, and dedicate 1 hour daily to both chosen areas.
4. Share: Spend 1 hour weekly on self-reflection and share your progress with those who support your journey.
This framework works because each part plays a crucial role in your progress, and when combined, creates your "MAP" for overall success in building new skills.
The best part is, you only need an hour a day.
Everyone has that, including the firefighters.
